Born on 25 November 1968, Jillian Noel Hennessy is a dynamic Canadian artist and performer who is celebrated by her outstanding contributions in American television. She was the main character in the American show Law & Order, where she entertained audiences as the prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy was also able to showcase her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she composed and directed these film. Hennessy began the acting profession with her sister, playing twin call-girls on Dead Ringers in 1988. She had a brief stint as a character on Broadway in the musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 and stepped into the sci-fi world in 1993 as her character Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Parker has appeared in films and TV shows, including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America for which she received the Golden Globe and an Emmy Award as Best Supporting Actress. Parker received a Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her character in Proof in the musical Proof on Broadway.
